Executive Team

Larry Morris
President, CEO and founder

I graduated in 1977 from Avila University with a degree in Mathematics.

After serving in different positions in IT departments of various corporations I decided to form Financial Solutions Inc, a Missouri Corporation, in 1988, to serve the software needs of the insurance industry.

My first commercially available software was designed to help independent insurance agents who wanted to finance their own policy premiums. The software monitored prepaid premiums in case an insured defaulted on the loan. A cancellation order wouldn't be generated until the policy premiums were near exhausted. This meant that the agent could maximize commissions and fees thus increasing profits.

I continue to strive to bring innovative solutions to all our client's projects.

Since starting FSI we have branched out into different industries like legal, accounting, service industry support, help desks, staffing and many more.

I believes that there is always an elegant and cost effective solution to every problem.
